      Thanks, Janet! When my husband and I were in Peru it was mild. I remember wearing a jacket.

    We visited Peru and Bolivia back in the early 2000’s and I doubt much has changed. In the rural areas, a hard life.

      I agree that little has likely changed in the rural areas. I suppose there are both good and bad things about that.
