I just changed the message you see right above. For about two years it read “Temporarily on hold.” No more. This weight loss and healthy living journey has now recommenced. Yes! It has! Yup! Gonna do it!

About two and half years ago, I started a “Friday Fitness and Weight Loss Update” series. I lost approximately 10 lbs (4.5 kg) and then my effort fell to the wayside. I regained most of that weight, and lost a little bit of it again and again. As of July 22, 2020, I am at the weight I was when I first started the post series, back then. I truly want to improve my eating, fitness, and mental health again. My cholesterol and triglycerides, and even blood pressure have since risen. Again, enough is enough.

I confess that my husband sparked this effort on again. Never before has he seemed so serious about it. I think that will truly provide the support we both need.
